Over the weekend while working with my recent flair up I came across Natures Cure Yeast Control Capsules. WOW!!! They work and are much more cost friendly than $31 repHresh Pro B. You take one a day (a must for them to work). It has Lactobacilluos Acidophilus cells per each capsule which is a form of healthy bacteria that is needed for the ph and balance of the vagina.
I highly recommend this product, you can find it at grocery stores, drug stores, or good old Walmart. The price tag runs around $6.99 for a 30 day supply.

ReplyDeleteI compared the ingredients in the two products and they are not the same. There are a lot of products out there that contain Lactobacillus Acidophilus. However, this is not one of the ingredients in RepHresh Pro B. I am put off by the high price and would love to find a lower priced alternative but I have tried RepHresh Pro B and it does work. Please do your own research.
ReplyDeleteNature's Way Primadophilus Reuteri is a much cheaper alternative to Rephresh Pro B. It can be bought at the Vitamin Shoppe for about 1/2 the price.
ReplyDeleteJarrow makes a great probiotic just for women with this issue. I have been on it since July and haven't had any realy breakouts with BV, maybe one yeast infections. You can get it at Vitamin Cottage and Sprouts.

ReplyDeleteIt's a good supplement but not guarantee to get ride of anything. I think in addition to a clean diet this will help clear things up. You might actually look at probiotics made just for this at health food stores like the commenter above mentioned.
